Energy Council of Canada Meetings
The following provides the Energy Council of Canada Officers Committee, Board of Directors and Annual General Meeting Calendar for 2021. Additional meetings can be called on an as needed basis by the Energy Council of Canada’s Officers and Board of Directors. All Energy Council of Canada Board Meetings will be held virtually until public health concerns subside.
Officers Meetings
Officer Meetings will be held quarterly and at least 10 days before a corresponding Board Meeting. A rolling list of action items will be maintained by the Secretary and President. Calendar invitations will be sent to Officers and will be updated with supporting materials as required, before each meeting.
Board of Directors and Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The Board of Directors meetings will be held twice a year and formal minutes will be kept. The AGM will occur consecutive to the Fall Board of Directors Meeting. AGM calendar invitations will be sent to Directors and all Members. The calendar invitations will be updated with supporting materials as required, before each meeting. Our Members may participate at Board of Directors Meetings as observers by request.
